How do I become a member of the adiClub?

It’s free to join. Simply sign up by downloading the adidas app and completing your adiClub profile. You can also sign up at adidas.com.tr or in participating adidas retail stores in Türkiye or on both adidas Runtastic apps: adidas Running by Runtastic and adidas Training by Runtastic.

You can join without downloading the app, but to get the full experience, usage through the app is recommended. Without the app, you won’t be able to add points when making a purchase in-store, and access to certain rewards will be restricted.

How do I earn points in the adiClub?

You can earn points in the adiClub by signing up, completing your profile, making purchases, completing reviews, participating in the adidas Runners events, and completing activities in the adidas Runtastic apps: adidas Running by Runtastic and adidas Training by Runtastic. More ways to earn points still to come.

Members must be signed in to collect points within the adidas app or on adidas.com.tr. In-store, members need to be identified at checkout by showing their adiClub Pass in the adidas app or by providing their email or adiClub ID.

Points for purchases made at adidas.com.tr or from the adidas app will be allocated to your account after the order has been confirmed and shipped, which might take 24 hours or longer. In some instances, your points could take up to a week to get posted to your account. Points for in-store purchases will be allocated to your account within 24 hours after the purchase.

If points have not been allocated one week after your purchase, please contact Customer Service. Missing points cannot be claimed in adidas stores.

When tracking runs in the adidas Running by Runtastic app, make sure the distance is being tracked by GPS, as this is the only way we can calculate and award points. Manual entries and edited activities, for example, can't be tracked and so they don't receive points.

Activities on the adidas Training by Runtastic app, are tracked by duration instead of distance. Manual entries and edited activities don't receive points there either. 

Please be aware that:

- Points can only be collected for purchases made from participating adidas stores in Türkiye.

- Missing points cannot be claimed in adidas stores.

- Points are removed for any products that are returned. This may result in downgrading a level if your purchase had earned you a level upgrade.

- You can’t get points for past purchases. You can only begin collecting points from the date you first became an adiClub member.

- It may take up to 24 hours for your level upgrade to take effect.

- Points earned will add up to unlock special offers and promotions.

- The expiration or removal of points may result in a downgrade of your level in the adiClub.

How do I check my adiClub level?

You can find your current point balance and membership level via the adidas app or by logging in and checking the ‘My Account’ section at adidas.com.tr.

Do my adiClub points and/or member level expire?

Your points will expire 12 months after you earn them, always at the end of the month. But don’t worry! We’ll get in touch two months before they expire to give you a reminder.

Member levels can also expire. In order to retain your membership benefits, make sure that you earn enough points to requalify. You can earn points by completing your profile, making purchases, and completing reviews.

What do I need to do in order to requalify for my adiClub level?

In order to requalify, you must earn the correct number of points for your level. The number of points that you will need to requalify depends upon your level.

The requalification period starts on the date you reach a new level and ends 12 months later, always at the end of the month.

Every point that you earn after your last level entry will accumulate toward valid requalification points for your level. The different level thresholds are as follows:

Requalification points needed for Level 1: 0 points

Requalification points needed for Level 2: 500 points

Requalification points needed for Level 3: 1,500 points

Requalification points needed for Level 4: 5,000 points

Where can I get involved with Infinite Play?

Infinite Play is currently available exclusively for adiClub members based in the UK. To get involved, you need to have the app, which can be downloaded here www.adidas.co.uk/adidasapp . You can log in and sign up to the adiClub within the app, simply by tapping on the lower right hand icon in the app.

What is Infinite Play and why should I get involved?

We started Infinite Play in order to take responsibility for the growing problem of clothing and footwear waste. Preventing ocean plastic pollution and to reduce waste.

By keeping your gear in play, you can create change. Eliminating waste from the environment by repairing, reusing, and recycling. For any product, no matter how well worn – we’ll collect it, sort it, clean and repair it, then give it a new life. You’ll get rewarded and together we keep it out of waste.

How can I leave the adiClub?

You can exit the adiClub by deleting your adidas account. This change will apply to your adidas profile across all touchpoints.

What is adidas Runtastic Premium?

adidas Runtastic Premium gives you access to all training plans on the adidas Runtastic apps: adidas Running by Runtastic and adidas Training by Runtastic. It is a paid subscription, but you can get it for free if you are in the upper levels as a member of the adiClub.

Some of the features include:

- training plans based on levels

- exercises suitable for specific goals

- custom workouts that target specific areas

- advanced statistics and personal records

- auto-pause feature

How can I earn adiClub points in the adidas Running by Runtastic app?

adidas Running by Runtastic app

You can earn points in this app each time you track the distance of your run.

When tracking runs, please note that points will be given only to activities that can be tracked by GPS. Manual entries and edited activities are not eligible for receiving points (e.g. we can't give points to treadmill runs).

You can also earn points by participating in adidas Runners events or checking in with the app.

We will get you started by giving you points when you create a new account on the app.

How can I earn adiClub points in the adidas Training by Runtastic app?

adidas Training by Runtastic app

You can earn points in this app each time you track the duration of your workout. You can receive up to a maximum of 100 points per day.

Please note that manual entries and edited activities are not eligible for receiving points.

We will get you started by giving you points when you create a new account on the app.

What is the adiClub Give Back Program?

The Give Back program is an individual badge on the homepage of the adidas adiClub app that gives members the opportunity to engage with locally relevant social causes that have tangible community projects.

Who is the beneficiary of the Give Back Program?

In the first installment of the Give Back program, all consumer support will benefit the U.S. Soccer Foundation.

How does it work?

In the first installment of the Give Back reward, adidas will donate $1 on behalf of every consumer who pledges his or her support (up to $50,000). To summarize: consumers click, adidas donates.

Why did we select the U.S. Soccer Foundation?

For more than 10 years, adidas has supported the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s work to ensure children in underserved communities have access to quality soccer programs and safe places to play the game. At adidas, we believe that through sport we have the power to change lives. The U.S. Soccer Foundation is a great fit for the Give Back program as it shares in our core belief and does outstanding work in 400+ locations across the country.

How long will this campaign last?

The Give Back program benefitting the U.S. Soccer Foundation will run until we reach our goal of $50,000.

What organization will benefit next?

The next beneficiary will be announced through the adiClub once we have reached our $50,000 goal for the U.S. Soccer Foundation.

Can I earn adiClub points with adidas partners?

Currently, adiClub members can only earn points on adidas' own-brand products and services.

Can I get adiClub points for past purchases?

Unfortunately not. You can only begin collecting points from the time you first became an adiClub member.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping through Yurtiçi Kargo to all adiClub members. Join today! The cost for non-members is 7,90 TL for orders under 150 TL. Packages generally ship within 4-6 business days weather and holidays permitting.

Why do I have two point balances in my account?

One balance is for points that help you level up in adiClub. The other balance is for points that you can spend on newly introduced benefits. These balances might have different amounts of points depending on how much you earn or spend.

How can I spend my points?

There are a number of ways you can spend your Points to Spend using the adidas app: spend them on discount vouchers, buy products, contribute to a good cause, or invest them into the best experiences or partner offers of your choice. The amount of points you need to spend per reward is indicated in the adidas app. Stay tuned for more to come.

Can I spend my existing points?

Yes. Your points history will remain in your account so you can choose to spend them. There is a maximum of 100.000 points per account.

If I spend too many points, will I go down a level?

No. Spending your Points to Spend will not affect your level and you can only spend the available number of points.

Will my Points to Spend expire? 

To reward our most loyal members, there will be more adiClub benefits for those who earn points on a regular basis. Points to Spend will expire, on a rolling basis and to the end of the Calendar month, 12 months after your last purchase or activity that earned you Points to Spend. But because all good things must come to an end, any Points to Spend can only be retained for a maximum period of 36 months - towards the end of the month - before they expire automatically.

Can I redeem points on adidas.com.tr?

Yes. Currently, you can only spend your Points to Spend for discount vouchers on adidas.com.tr. We will be continuously introducing new offers on adidas.com.tr. Until then, download the adidas app and get the best out of adiClub.

Can I purchase products in-store with my points?

No. You can only spend your points on products using the adidas app.

Why can't I find products that I can purchase with my points? 

Please check that you are using the adidas app and be aware that redeemable products are limited. Follow the announcements in the app and never miss out.

Can I return a product I purchased with my points?

The return period for all products purchased with your points is 14 days after delivery. After we have received your product(s) back, your spent points are returned to your account within 14 days. Please be aware that you will be not able to get the same product with your points twice even if you have returned the product.

 I purchased a discount voucher using my Points to Spend, where can I use it?

Usually, you can use your discount voucher on the adidas app, on adidas.com.tr, and in our Retail Stores. Please read the terms & conditions of your voucher.

I purchased a discount voucher using my Points to Spend, how long is it valid?

Usually, vouchers are valid for 60 days. Please read the terms & conditions of your voucher.

Can I return a discount voucher I purchased with points?

Unfortunately, no. However, you can use your voucher within 60 days after purchase. You can subscribe to our newsletter here to not miss the opportunity of your benefit.

Will I get a donation report once I contributed points for a good cause of my choice?

No. Unfortunately, points contributions are not tax deductible.

Is it possible to see the history of my good cause contributions?

Yes. Please go to your adiClub profile and click on MEMBERSHIP HISTORY to see all movements on your points accounts.

Can I subscribe to regular good cause contribution?

No. Not yet. However, you can contribute for good causes of your choice as often as you want.

Can I get my points back if I want to withdraw my contribution to a good cause?

No. Withdraws are not possible.

The partnership voucher I want to buy with points is out of stock. Will it come back? 

It might come back. Please check it out on a regular basis.

My partnership voucher does not work. What should I do?

If you do not receive a partnership voucher code either directly after your purchase or in your adiClub profile under the voucher section or via email, please contact adidas Consumer Service. If you have a voucher code and it does not work on the website of our partner, please contact our partner's Consumer Service.

No. You can't return a partnership voucher and get your points back.
